OSWAL Machinery Ltd (OML) is a closely held public limited company.
Company started manufacturing operations early in 1973, Thirty Seven years ago, in the name of Oswal Machinery and Equipment Co. (OMEC) as a proprietary unit. Later, the company became a partnership firm from April 1994.
Effective November 1995, company became a Public limited company (Closely Held).

Dharamshibhai Shah, CMD, has over 51 (Fifty One) years experience including 13 years OVERSEAS exposure in the manufacturing operations. He is ably assisted by his son and team of qualified and experienced personnel at the operational level.
Being an engineering unit engaged in manufacture of Capital goods, product design and process engineering assume utmost importance. Design dept. therefore, is manned by team of experienced design engineers who also oversee shop floor operations. Company
thus ensures that end product conforms strictly to design standards/specifications. Over the years company has successfully delivered end to end Material Handling solutions across industry spectrum
covering Cement, Steel, Engineering, infrastructure and others.
All manufacturing activities of the company are located at GIDC, V. U. Nagar, Anand, Gujarat. Facilities include well laid out Production department, Stores, Quality control and Dispatch bay. Present facilities are well laid out to execute both small
and large orders on schedule.
Company manufactures Material Handling Equipments, Welding Atomization Equipment and Custom Build Equipment as required on projects.
